Art could be a way of access the most subtle planes in the world of emotions and in the world of mind and also it reaches the absolute true on divine planes. This is a good measure for knowing how connected you are with the divine because you are trying to create based on the beauty of de divine and the beauty of love, so you can see it and hear it from all and create a new form or sequence.

Paint if you have colours, draw if you have ink, model if you are sculpting, catch if you are on photograph, dance if you have music, create your own music clapping, singing or whistle or learn a technique for playing an instrument.
